The Town Planning Scheme will be prepared in accordance with “The Gujarat Town Planning & Urban Development Act 1976 which is amended on March 9, 1999”.
TownMAP GIS has enough Security Checks, provides Tips Time-to-Time & guides through various steps involved in Preparation of Town Planning Scheme. This guides the Planner to maintain TIME LIMITS starting from Declaration of Intention till the Town Planning Scheme Comes into Force as specified in the Gujarat Town Planning & Urban Development Act.

TownMAP GIS has a in-built Security Manager which allows to access the software within the limited & specified user rights.
