The ubiquitous computing technology has been increasingly grown in these years by emerging mobile devices and distributed applications. Context-awareness is a major requirement for ubiquitous computing. Location-based services not only should take technical resources, like display and processing power, storage, connectivity and positioning capabilities, into account, but also should be able to adapt their services with user’s context and deliver ubiquitous personalized services in the right situation to the right person the right way.Navigation assistance is one of the fundamental services in a mobile assistant. The adaptation strategies need to apply to navigation services. The navigational instructions can be adjusted to the current situation using knowledge about the user’s preferences, familiarity with the environment, their current goal and the environment that navigation takes place (Investigation in cognitive science reveals finding one’s way in a street network uses a different set of cognitive abilities than navigating from one room to another in a building). In modeling navigation For network space, graphs are an appropriate formalism But there are environments in which there is no obvious network structure, when you are on a campus or in building there is often no network of paths to follow, rather you are in open spaces between buildings and rooms. Hence in such spaces the models are used, must not assume a network when there is not, instead, a model based on hierarchical arrangement between elements of that space can be exploited. In continuing this paper i will try to propose an integrated model which can work in an environment includes two kinds of spaces mentioned above. We are working on a combined model which can work in an environment includes two kinds of spaces mentioned above. As the future work with using this model and taking the other contextual factors into account, a context-aware navigation assistance are designed.
