India: Shimla-based Army Training Command (ARTRAC) and Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for higher studies in the field of defence studies, war psychology, defence management, public administration and remote sensing for those candidates from army who wish to pursue these courses at HPU and share also expertise with the university.
