Denver, USA, 20 June 2007: ViewTec AG and Intermap Technologies Corp. have entered into a partnership to provide TerrainView-Globe 3D with elevation models, based on Intermap’s geospatial core products and ViewTec’s visualization, exploration, and simulation software.
Under the terms of this agreement, ViewTec and Intermap will market the elevation models bundled with TerrainView-Globe to the 3D visualization, exploration, and simulation community. The elevation models will be available on-demand, together with TerrainView-Globe, on a local, regional, and national level, to enable the building of high-definition 3D models for 17 European countries and the United States.
Zurich, Swtitzerland based ViewTec is a developer of 3D software for realistic scene modeling, interactive 3D visualization, exploration and simulation.
